Please be advised that we have a cancellation policy in place. If you book for a treatment and fail to arrive without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. To avoid this, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. However, if you have special medical circumstances, we will review your case and may waive the cancellation fee.
